When you purchase a product from the Glenda Rowett website you are accepting the following terms and conditions which are legally binding. Please read through carefully before making your purchase. Customers must provide their contact details including actual full name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. Customers warrant that the payment details provided when purchasing products are theirs and are valid and correct.

Payments
Currently we accept online payments using PayPal. In the Gallery We accept bankcard, Visa, Mastercard, Cash and Paypal.We do not accept cheques or money orders. All payments are processed at the point of order.

Currency
All product prices, shipping prices and payment transactions on the Glenda Rowett website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
GST & Taxes
All products bought on the Glenda Rowett website include GST. Products shipped internationally may attract customs duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to pay any additional customs duties and taxes on the delivery of your products.
Customer Service
Glenda Rowett is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. You will receive an order confirmation email and invoice via email once your order has been received. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; pending availability and payment authorisation. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Cancellations
Please choose carefully. Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange where goods are damaged, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website.
