1. Is the artwork original?
Yes, all of the paintings are done by Glenda Rowett herself.  The original oil paintings are one of a kind.

2. How does your online shop work?
Our online shop enables you to buy online directly from our website. Payments are managed securely by PayPal allowing you to pay with a PayPal account or a credit card which which is processed securely online. Paypal do not share your credit card or PayPal account information with us. They notify us when you make a payment, and then we ship your purchases directly to you.  Alternatively items are available for purchasing by contacting us by email or telephone.

3. What currency are you prices?
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Currency conversion rates for overseas clients vary with the financial institution chosen to conduct the transaction.  

4. What is your refund policy?
If you receive your artwork and it is not to your satisfaction, we will issue a refund providing you contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods.  Please properly pack the items and return it to us via an insured & trackable method such as courier or registered pos. Items must be returned undamaged and in its original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable

5.  Are you available to do commissioned work?
Yes, Glenda can do commissions. If there’s a particular subject matter that you feel would be suited to Glenda’s style, please send an email or complete the contact form and we will be in touch to discuss your needs further.

6.  Can I visit your gallery to view your original works?
Yes!  Our modern studio gallery, open to visitors by appointment, exhibits original art and prints, along with other decorator and gift items.  The gallery is located just outside Bordertown, South Australia.

7.  How are original paintings shipped?
We have established relationships with companies that specialise in the packaging and freight of artworks. Once we know where a particular work is destined, we can arrange quotes for packaging & shipping. If you’d prefer, we can get artworks professionally packaged then you can arrange your own shipping.

8.  How can I pay for my artwork?
You can pay online using your PayPal account or credit card or you can telephone us and we can take a credit card payment over the phone.

9.  What about duties and taxes?
The purchaser would be responsible for any duties and taxes levied on artworks by the country of import.
